2011 season
Completed (or at least logged) 735 dives, a 30% increase on last years total of 564 dives.
Breathed 1,264,833 litres of air, The average Surrey Aquanaut breathed 14.86 litres per minute.
Stayed underwater for 31309 minutes;
the equivalent of 21 days 17 hours 49 minutes; which is 5 days 7 hours & 52 minutes more than last year.
Dived to a total depth of 15932.6 metres, 2620 metres more than last year and deeper than the Challenger Deep in the Mariana Trench, a mere 10902 metres.
We dived in 6 countries this year with the most popular UK site:
1) UK
- – Weymouth with 63 dives
- – Scapa Flow with 61 dives
2) Red Sea with 198 dives
3) Bahamas with 65 dives
We’ve done a tremendous amount of training this year, not counting the boat training we clocked up 186 training dives:
1) Vobster with 123 dives
2) Littleton lake with 19 dives
3) Wraysbury lake with 25 dives
4) Swanage with 19 dives

We dived in 8 countries this year with the most popular UK site being Poole with 81 dives and overseas was the Red Sea with 177.
