expedition trip to Lowestoft

David Ronnan has just informed us of his planned trip by Dive 125 to Lowestoft

Davids says He’s run a number of successful trip there and anyone who’s access to
wrecksite.eu or the charts of the area know there is a huge number of wrecks
within 20-30 miles of Lowestoft and not that many divers

He’s a group from Belgium already in a position to commit to the trip and
there is an opportunity for up to 4 divers to join them for the whole trip

The dates are: 16 to 22nd September 2014 inclusive (7 days on great neap
tides) and the cost for the boat is £5400 assuming we get all 7 days diving
which works out at £450 per person for the week (assuming 12 on board)

If you’re interested please contact David for further details at David.Ronnan@nullbtinternet.com

Message from Dive Ability

Hi all,
Can I bring the following to your attention:
Regards,
Paul B.
Just to explain Dive Ability is a newly formed Club to offer Disabled a chance to enjoy the underwater world we enjoy so much. So In aid of Dive Ability a friend at work is running the Wokingham Half Marathon in full scuba kit (excluding fins DON’T BE SILLY). This takes places on Sunday 19th February. He will be running with a 10lt Steel Cylinder, Weight Belt, BCD, Regs, Mask and Snorkel 13 miles.
Robin is going to try and raise £1500 to help out with the yearly running costs of the Charity.
To support him please follow the link below.
Kind Regards

Redsea trip 2012

Next years dive program is pretty much confirmed now and one of the last jobs I am looking at is our annual pilgrimage on a RedSea liveaboard.

I am open for suggestions or preferences on whether to visit the North or South so if you have a preference let me know now.

I would also be interested in numbers because the more that go the cheaper it becomes so if you are interested in a week of concentrated diving, living on a 5 star gin palace, diving in light weight kit in warm water please contact Paul Bassett on pjbassett@nullaol.com and register your interest or let me know at the pool or pub on a thursday night.

I have made tentative enquiries with planet dive holidays who advise me we could be looking at about £900.00 a head which includes flights, transfers, diving, food & soft drink.
